Warranty (2 years)
Piece of mind is what you get when you purchase BLADE Carbon Wheels® Our wheels are hand-built with the highest of craftsmanship. BLADE® warrants our wheels will be free from manufacturer defects for a two year period (24 months) from the original purchase date. If the purchaser discovers within, this time, a manufacturing defect in the product, the purchaser will notify BLADE®. Warranty only applies to the original owner and is not transferrable. Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase. In the event that a product does contain a manufacteurs defect and proper notification has been provided, BLADE® will, at its discretion, repair or replace the item.
This warranty does not apply to any defects caused by negligence, misuse, alteration, abuse or accidents. This warranty does not cover damages that occur as a result of use not consistent with the original intent for the product, neglected or poorly maintained products, improper assembly, assembly with non-compatible products, normal wear and tear, or modifications to the original product.
In the event of legal action, the sole proper venue for all claims or disputes under this warranty shall be contested in the courts of the Province of Ontario.
Accidental Damage Replacement Warranty
BLADE® wheels come with an accidental damage replacement warranty. In a nutshell, if you hit a pot hole, run into a curb or crash, causing unrepairable damage to your wheel, we will replace your wheel at 50% off the regular price.
Limitation of Liability
The sole remedy for breach of the warranty set forth herein is BLADE’s® repair, replacement or refund, as described herein. In no event shall BLADE® be liable for any other damages or liability, including special, incidental or consequential damages based upon breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence, strict tort, or any other legal theory, and including damages arising from or related to any physical injury to person or property. Some Provinces do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exception may not apply to you. This warranty, and statutory law, gives the consumer specific legal rights, and those rights may very from place to place.
